Corporate pass terms and conditions: Special corporate rates are reserved for corporate institutions only and Txf reserves the right to reject any bookings for non-corporates.
Event cancellation policy: Txf reserves the right to cancel or postpone any events if the event location is deemed unsafe, to ensure the safety of all attendees. Any expenses that occurred because of any change won’t be payable.
Booking cancellation policy: All delegates of physical/hybrid events can cancel their bookings free of charge up to a month before the event. A credit note will be issued to anyone who cancels a booking within a month of an event.
Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer and credit card (including MasterCard, Visa and American Express). All payments must be made prior to attending an event.
Booking with confidence: We know in this uncertain time you may feel unsure about committing to booking in-person events, therefore for your peace of mind we would like to reassure you that we can offer you a 100% credit note on any physical event places to be redeemed on any Txf products in the unlikely event the conference does not go ahead. You must redeem this credit note within 12 months of it being issued.
