Valerie Colville has over 30 years of extensive experience structuring and implementing export credit agency financing for international corporate, sovereign, and project finance transactions. Valerie is a co-founder of CC Solutions and is an export insurance broker. As a Vice President of Fluor Corporation’s Project Development & Investments Group, Valerie was responsible for developing and leading multi-sourced complex financings in the oil, gas, power, renewable energy, and mining industries. She is an expert in export credit agency financing on a global basis.




Francisco Anzola is a finance and project management professional with over 25 years of experience in the banking and the engineering and construction sectors. Francisco is a co-founder of CC Solutions and has global knowledge of ECA rules and eligibility requirements. As a Vice President at Commerzbank AG, New York branch, Francisco originated and executed Export-Import Bank of the United States-guaranteed and limited recourse financing transactions for customers in five continents and across many industrial sectors, including agriculture, oil and gas, manufacturing, and power generation.




Mr. Mario Bruni 

Director - Head of North-Eastern Italy

Mario joined SACE in 2004. After several years in Rome as legal advisor and later as credit risk policy underwriter Mario was given the opportunity to open SACE’s office in Florence to better develop the business in the Tuscany Region. Since 2013 Mario is in charge of the North-Eastern Italy Branch based in Venice covering the regions of Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino Alto Adige.

Prior to SACE, Mario worked within the legal department of Citibank N.A. Venezuela Branch acting as Resident Vice-President.  Previous to that experience Mario worked at Fondo de Inversiones de Venezuela, a public entity in charge of privatization of public assets in Venezuela during the 90’s, where he handled all legal aspects related to privatization processes.

Other than a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Catholic University of Caracas and a Master Degree in Administrative Law obtained at Paris-Sorbonne, Mario holds a Master degree in European Economy and International Finance from Tor Vergata University in Rome.


Ms. Emma Vita

Global Solutions – International Relations

Emma is currently working in Global Solutions within SACE’s International Relations and Network Department. She joined SACE in September 2015 as Analyst on advisory and training programmes to Export Credit Agencies, Ministries and Financial Institutions. She originated new capacity building and training project contributing to enhance the relationship with clients and partners.

Prior to joining SACE she worked in Confindustria  – the major Italian manufacture’s association – within the international representation in Bulgaria. She matured a thorough experience on SME’s internationalization processes and performance on new markets.

Emma holds an MA degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Bologna, Italy.
