New type of financing? TradeCard, its predecessor under Guy Tozzoli, GT Nexus, now Infor have been doing this type of financing since the late 1990s. TradeCard's financing of exports was insured by Coface. European banks have been doing forfaiting, export financing without recourse to the exporter for dozens of years. SMEs as well as publicly rated firms were financed. This is new financing only to those who are uninformed.
