Oil producer Shoreline Natural Resources (Shoreline) in Nigeria has secured a refinancing facility which gives it better terms, structure and a longer tenor over an existing bridge loan facility.
The refinancing is structured as a five-year $500 million senior secured revolving reserves based lending (RBL) facility. The new facility can be increased up to $600 million.
