Berry Palmer & Lyle (BPL Global), the specialist credit and political risk insurance (CPRI) broker, is to open a representative office in Dubai as part of the group’s further expansion of overseas offices. The change comes following a seven-month period where Simon Lay was made responsible as acting CEO, following the retirement of former group president Margrith Lütschg-Emmenegger in December 2014.
