Ardian hires Rothschild to sell Luton airport stake

French private investment company Ardian is looking to sell its 49% stake in the UK's Luton Airport and has taken on Rothschild to find a buyer. Ardian's Spanish partner, with the majority interest, has advised that it will not be exercising its preferential right to buy the stake....
