A note on Covid-19

TXF intends to run TXF Local 2020 as planned however due to the context surrounding Covid-19, we are implementing strong precautionary measures as necessary. These range from heavy disinfection of surfaces and ready availability of anti-bacterial sanitisers to the presence of trained staff, a strong awareness campaign to attendees, and visible signage promoting best hygienic practices.

As circumstances are susceptible to change we will be monitoring the situation very closely. We have a cancellation policy including postponing the event, putting a digital event in its place on the same date and the ability claim a full refund within 28 days of the announcement being made.  Our current strategy can be viewed on the booking page and includes measures to be employed if we are forced to postpone the event.
