Coface closes Kurdistan deal despite two-year Isis delay

After two years of delays resulting from the war with Isis, French export credit agency (ECA) Coface last month provided its first ever guarantee in Iraqi Kurdistan to fund the purchase of turbines for the country’s Bazian power plant.
