Lesotho to expand diamond industry amid global downturn in the precious stone

Diamonds may be forever, but they are as vulnerable as the next commodity to a global downturn. Diamond miners had a rough year in 2015, although they still outperformed all other commodities. Lesotho, one of the most diamondiferous countries in the world, is ploughing ahead with its mining expansion plans, aiming to attract more foreign investment.
