CRD IV strikes again with new provisioning calendars for export credits

Banks have got to follow the calendar of provisioning for non-performing exposures under Article 47 of CRD IV, that much was clear according to Basel Committee regulations announced at the end of last year. But what’s been less obvious is the real impact on ECAs and the wider export finance community itself.
