BAPCO: Cutting back on attractive ECA debt

Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) sealed a tightly priced heavily ECA-backed financing last month. However, the state-owned sponsor significantly cut back the initial ECA debt portion on the deal after sufficient regional bank liquidity emerged.
