Soma 4: Turkey debuts gender-tied project loan

Polat Energy has signed a gender-linked facility to finance the 48MW Soma 4 wind farm in Turkey. The project, an extension to the existing 240MW Soma wind farm, marks the largest wind farm financing in the country, with the interest rate tied to a 30 point gender equality criteria.
