Glencore plans even bigger debt cuts amid price crisis

Swiss-based commodity trader Glencore has vowed to cut debt even further, reduce operations and sell more assets amid a worsening slump in commodity prices. The company now plans to lower debt to $18 billion by the end of 2016.
