TAV and VPE in talks to buy Almaty airport

A consortium formed by TAV Airports and VPE Capital is in discussions to acquire Almaty International Airport in Kazakhstan. TAV is 46.12% owned by the Paris airport operator ADP Groupe. Almaty is Central Asia's largest airport handling 6 million passengers in 2018.
