Tibet Summit Resources to invest $180m in lithium plant in Argentina

China's Tibet Summit Resources plans to invest $180 million in a lithium carbonate plant to be located in Argentina’s Salta province. Construction is scheduled to start in 2020 with start of operations forecast for 2021.
