Martin Midstream sells East Texas Pipeline for $17.5m

Texas-headquartered Martin Midstream Partners has announced the sale of its East Texas Pipeline to an undisclosed buyer in a deal worth approximately $17.5 million. The net proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding borrowings under the partnership’s revolving credit facility.
