Sovcomflot, Russia’s state-owned shipping company, has signed a 10-year $297 million limited recourse loan to fund the pre- and post-delivery financing of two new-build Atlanticmax LNG carriers.The 174,000 cubic metre vessels will operate under long-term charters to Shell upon delivery in 2021...
