JERA buys into Fomosa 2

JERA is buying a 49% stake in the 376MW Formosa 2 offshore wind project in Taiwan from Macquarie. The acquisition will be funded by Development Bank of Japan. Macquarie will continue to own a 26% stake and Swancor the remaining 25%.The project benefits from a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA)...
