Russia agrees €712m loan for giant Uzbekistan copper processing plant

Russia's VEB.RF has agreed a €712 million (about $800.8 million) loan to finance the supply of Russian equipment for the largest copper processing plant in Uzbekistan. The loan will be spent for construction of the plant in Almalyk. The total cost of the project is $2 billion, with Gazprom...
