CES to build captive solar project for Aurubis copper smelter

Bulgarian energy solutions company CEZ Esco has signed a contract to build a 10MW PV plant  on the site of Aurubis Bulgaria's Pirdop copper smelter east of the capital Sofia. The plant will produce 2.5% of the electricity consumed by the smelter and is expected to become operational...
