Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has delayed the relaunched tender for advisory services on the Az Zour North 2&3 and Al Khairan IWPP schemes - possibly until next month. The new delay is due to the closure of KAPP's local office because of COVID-19.
