MIGA backs Santander loan for São Paulo transport project

The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) is providing guarantees to Banco Santander on a $300 million loan. Risk of the non-honouring of sovereign financial obligations will also be covered for a term of 12 years.
