Otkritie FC Bank (Otkritie) – one of Russia’s largest privately-listed banks – has signed a cooperation agreement with the country’s export credit agency (ECA), the Export Insurance Agency of Russia (EXIAR), to help stimulate loans to export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
