Bipartisan bill lays out terms for US Ex-Im reauthorisation

Democrat senator Joe Manchin and Republican counterpart Mark Kirk have published the ‘Export-Import Bank Reform and Reauthorisation Act of 2015’ – a bipartisan bill outlining conditions under which the US export credit agency’s (ECA) charter would be reauthorised until 30 September 2019.
