DOF Brasil swims against tide for Norwegian export credit

Despite the fall in crude oil prices having taken its toll on demand for offshore vessels over the past year, DOF Brasil recently signed a loan agreement with Norway’s export credit agencies (ECAs) to fund installations to a new pipelay support vessel (PLSV). The deal was labelled very much a "one-off" by one market source.
