Institutions join ECAs in European offshore wind

The offshore wind sector has welcomed an increasing cast of lenders and investors over the last five years. But the bulk of development and financing activity is confined to two countries - the UK and Germany - with honourable mentions for the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
