Satellite financing bounces back with $255m JSAT deal

At the end of last month, JBIC signed a $63.75 million loan agreement with JSAT as part of $255 million facility with three Japanese banks for the financing of the Horizons 3e satellite − showing Japan's ECA appetite hasn't wavered since last year's bankruptcy of Australia's satellite company, NewSat.
