TXF is delighted to announce our new foray into the world of aviation with the launch of Ishka!

Ishka is a new joint venture dedicated to news and analysis of the aviation sector – looking specifically at aircraft and airline financing and investment.

TXF is joining forces with a host of respected industry figures including Gehan Talwatte  and Eddy Pieniazek, previously CEO and head of consultancy at Ascend - the aviation information business, and Dickon Harris, former editor of Airfinance Journal.

TXF readers and their colleagues can sign up to Ishka for free today, and receive daily aviation news, deal information (courtesy of Tagmydeals) and detailed data-driven reports focusing on the key issues driving the industry.

Some of the latest reports include:
  • A quantum leap for once-struggling Qantas
  • Can Monarch survive as a low cost carrier?
  • Asia Pacific: low fuel price masks potential $10bn loss for Asian carriers
  • Robust finances enable Spirit’s strategy change
  • Intrepid’s pace of growth hinges on equity rise
  • Alaska’s merger with Virgin America will be expensive but will aid growth

Several members of the TXF team have previously worked in the aviation sector, and by partnering with some of the most respected names in the industry, we will offer a service that brings both experience, and a fresh approach to the way the industry is analysed and reported.

We would love it if you have the time to sign up and feedback your thoughts to us. And please do pass this on to your aviation colleagues. We are very excited to launch our new venture, but are keen to work with the industry to create something that is genuinely useful and provides a service to those working in the sector.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts, and trust you will enjoy the new site.
