Africa faces $120bn trade finance gap

The world’s second largest continent faces vast challenges in accessing trade financing with SMEs particularly affected by a vastly increased trade financing gap, according to a new survey from the ICC. While no simple solution exists, there are positive developments on the horizon to help shape improvements in plugging a notable deficit.
