Despite finalising a lengthy debt restructuring in 2017, Metinvest returned to the debt markets in 2018 to close a $2.36 billion PXF/bond facility, the largest refinancing by a Ukrainian corporate to date, taking home European Commodities Finance Deal of the Year.
