New Development Bank looks to fill top posts

The New Development Bank, established by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, is looking to fill top management positions. The bank is looking to boost its staff pool at its headquarters in Shanghai, as well as at its first regional centre in Johannesburg.
