EIB extends $40m financing facility to I&M Bank for SMEs in Kenya

The European Investment Bank (EIB) has agreed a new $40 million financing facility with Nairobi-based I&M Bank that will support investment by businesses across Kenya. I&M Bank will advance loans in US dollars to eligible borrowers up to a maximum of 50% of the total cost of each of the projects.
