Cocobod to sell $556m of debt, end subsidies

Ghana's Cocobod will sell as much as $556 million of debt to pay for liabilities and operational costs, while pledging to end subsidies for farmers. It will sell the debt through bills and longer dated local-currency bonds to meet its obligations for the season through September.
