Vanguard borrowing base drops 26%

US-based oil and gas group Vanguard Natural Resources has seen the borrowing base on its revolving credit facility drop by 26% to $1.325 billion. Vanguard has $1.424 billion in outstanding borrowings and about $4.5 million in outstanding letters of credit.
