Charlotte Bruyer has joined PwC Infrastructure Finance Dubai as director. Reporting to Maarten Wolfs, Bruyer will focus on PPP and private financing. Bruyer has previously spent 13 years with HSBC Middle East focusing on project finance and infrastructure.
