Petrobras' Indian partners fight delay in Brazil project

Brazil's state-run oil group Petrobras has told its Indian partners in a huge project in Sergipe to not expect oil from the site until 2022. Partner IBV has offered to arrange up to $10 billion in loans from development banks to speed the process up.
