EU files dispute against China over duties on exports

The European Union (EU) has lodged a complaint with the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Secretariat over Chinese duties and other measures on the export of certain raw materials. The EU claims the duties are inconsistent with China's Protocol of Accession and other WTO provisions.
