Ellaktor raises €600m via notes issue

Greek infrastructure group Ellaktor has issued senior bullet notes worth €600 million through its subsidiary Ellaktor Value PLC. The notes are due in 2024 and are priced at 6.375%. HSBC, Citigroup, and JP Morgan are serving as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, with Goldman Sachs...
