JBIC in talks over financing Gazprom's Sakhalin-2 expansion

The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) is in talks with Russian oil giant Gazprom over a possible deal to finance the expansion of the Sakhalin-2 liquefied natural gas plant in Russia's far east.
