Petrobras sells Liquigas to Ultrapar for $819m

Debt-laden Petrobras, the Brazilian state-run oil group, has approved the sale of Liquigas Distribuidora - its liquified petroleum gas unit - to Ultrapar for $819 million. Petrobras is committed to selling assets to cut debt.
