Vitol to be Iraq's main supplier of gas oil imports in 2016

Swiss-based commodity trader Vitol is likely to be the main supplier when Iraq's State Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) imports more than 1.8 million tonnes of gas oil in 2016. Vitol placed the lowest offer out of seven when SOMO sought 1.836 million tonnes of 500ppm sulphur gas oil.
