WFW advises on refinancing of Peruvian refinery

Global law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised a banking syndicate led by Banco Santander on the $252 million financing for the construction of a new production facility at a Peruvian refinery. Funding was backed by Spain's export credit agency Cesce.
