Vattenfall withdraws from Dutch offshore wind auction

Swedish developerVattenfall has withdrawn from the tender for the 700MW Hollandse Kust North offshore wind zone due to uncertainty over the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The auction is due to open today and run until April 30. Vattenfall stated it was unwilling to bid due to lower power prices...
