Annova LNG awarded environmental permit

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has issued a state permit to the Annova LNG export terminal project at the Port of Brownsville. FERC had issued a permit to the project in November. Annova LNG is owned by Exelon (80.55%), Enbridge (10.5%),Kiewit (4.475%) and Black & Veatch (4.475%).
