Engie secures $1.6bn tax equity commitment for 2GW US portfolio

Engie North America has signed a major tax equity financing for a 2GW portfolio of wind and solar projects. Tax equity commitments of up to $1.6 billion on the projects were secured through Bank of America and HSBC. Projects will be funded as they are commissioned. Proceeds have been received...
