Thomson Reuters: Debt capital markets review 2016

Overall global debt capital markets activity hit a record high of $7 trillion by the end of last year, a 16% rise on the previous 12 months. JP Morgan held the top spot for global debt underwriting for 2016 with proceeds of $415.9 billion.
