Gunvor sues Cerberus over failed Chevron bid costs

Swiss-based oil trader Gunvor is suing Cerberus Capital Management over claims the US private equity firm won't pay its share of costs incurred when the two companies made a failed $650 million bid for Chevron assets in South Africa.
