IFC invests to support green power in India

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is supporting green power in India by taking an equity stake in New Delhi-based Hero Futures Energies. IFC, along with IFC Global Infrastructure Fund, will invest $125 million to help finance solar and wind plants.
