China Exim Bank and ING seal ship financing MoU

The Export-Import Bank of China has signed a $1 billion, three-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Netherlands-based ING Bank. The deal aims to increase co-operation between the two in the financing of Chinese-built ships and selected offshore projects.
