China Exim approves loan for Lagos-Ibadan rail project

The Export-Import Bank of China (China Exim) has agreed a $1.275 billion loan for the construction of the Lagos-Ibadan standard gauge rail line in Nigeria. China will shoulder 85% of the project's first phase.
